KC SRO (Slovak Premier Properties) is a small family run business, 50% owned by Dusan Kralovic a Slovak citizen and 50% owned by Graham Clark a British citizen. The company was officially formed 01 Jun 07 and specialises in renovating old Slovak village houses and mountain cottages to the highest standard. We renovate using only the best Slovak craftsmen and provide a personal service from individual design through to the finished product. The company also offers a property management service after your property is complete.

2007 saw the company complete its first mountain cottage in the historic village of Spania Dolina near the international Ski Resort of Dona Valley in Mid Slovakia.

We are currently renovating our first village house including a historic Forge in the property grounds. A further 3 projects are planned for 2008.

All the properties we offer are in beautiful tranquil unspoilt country side, a paradise for the lover of the outdoors. However, they are close to all the facilities that a holiday house requires. The beautiful Slovak Town of Banska Bystrica is only a short drive away.

Our properties offer International Spas, horse riding and walking for the Summer along with close access to the local and international ski slopes for the Winter sport lover. All this at an unbelievable price.
